4th Royal Fusiliers of 9 Brigade, 3rd Division moved back into the front line at Kemmel in Belgium on 18th May, 1916. The Battalion Diary recorded that on the following day, 19th May, there was the usual enemy artillery activity throughout the day. It is likely that it was this that caused the death of Albert Hoskins. |
